Nadat in beroep (http://eelze.nl/2019/06/19/herziening-alimentatie-in-beroep/) de beslissing nog zotter was dan in 1e aanleg, restte er nog maar één mogelijkheid volgens Tsjechisch recht : een grondwettelijke klacht naar het Constitutioneel of Grondwettelijk Hof.Dit is niet hetzelfde als cassatie.
